A ticket to the Jardin Majorelle costs 170 DH at the garden’s own ticket office, and the combined ticket with the Berber museum and the Musee Yves Saint Laurent costs 330 DH (public rate, November 2026). Moroccan citizens and foreign residents pay 75 DH for the garden, and children under 10 go in free with an adult. Tickets are sold online only, for a set date and time. Most visitors pay 170 DH for the garden or 330 DH for the garden and both museums. Buy from the garden’s site if you are certain of the date, since its tickets cannot be refunded; buy a resold ticket if you want the option to cancel up to 5 days before. Either way, buy before you go: there is no ticket sale at the gate.

Who pays what

The public rate is the price for most foreign visitors. The resident rate applies to Moroccan citizens and to foreign residents in Morocco, on a valid Moroccan identity card or residence card. The student rates need a valid student card; Moroccan students also show a Moroccan identity card. The price list gives the student rates for children from 10 as well. Free entry covers children under 10 with an adult, on proof of age, and visitors with a valid disability card. Proof of identity may be checked at the gate, so carry the card that matches your rate.

What the extra 60 DH buys

The garden with the Berber museum costs 60 DH more than the garden alone. The museum is inside the garden, in Majorelle’s former painting studio, and holds more than 600 Berber objects collected by Berge and Saint Laurent; see the Berber museum. The combined ticket adds the YSL museum for another 100 DH: 330 DH against 230 DH, or 40 DH less than buying the garden-and-Berber ticket and the YSL ticket separately. The YSL museum is closed on Wednesdays.

Can you buy tickets at the door?

No. On 30 January 2023 the garden closed its ticket offices at the garden entrance and at the YSL museum, and since then reserving online has been the only way to get a ticket. Each ticket is for one site, one date and one time, and the garden’s terms let you arrive up to 29 minutes after the time on it. They also make every order firm and final: no exchange and no refund. Tickets sold on unauthorised websites do not get you into the garden or the museums, so buy from the garden’s own ticket site or from an established booking platform.

Resold tickets: what you pay for

A resold ticket costs more than the face value, and what the difference buys is flexibility. Global Tours And Tickets’ garden-only and combined tickets both allow free cancellation up to 5 days before, where the garden’s own tickets cannot be cancelled. The agent books the slot for you; the entrance time may move up to 30 minutes either way, and the tickets come by email the day before.
