The short answer

Book an early slot. At 8:00 or 9:00 you walk the garden first, reach the Berber museum after it opens at 8:30, and walk along the street to the YSL museum as it opens at 10:00. On a Wednesday, skip the combined ticket: the YSL museum is shut, and the garden-only or garden-and-Berber ticket is the one to book.

How the time slot works

Each ticket names the site, the date and the entry time. The garden’s ticket terms allow you to arrive up to 29 minutes after that time; after that the ticket is no longer valid. On a combined ticket, the time is the time to reach the garden entrance, because the visit must start at the garden; the museums follow at your own pace. In the afternoon, work back from the last entries: the Berber museum stops admitting at 16:30 and the garden at 17:00, so a slot after about 15:30 leaves too little time for both. On Wednesdays the YSL museum and the private garden of the Villa Oasis are closed; the garden and the Berber museum open as usual.
